    The American Council of Engineering Companies chose Sarah Freeman for its 2009 ACEC Young Professional of the Year Award.

(Berger) was the Program Manager/Lead Design Manager (PM) for the development of a comprehensive combined sewer overflow (CSO) abatement program.
