Andrew V. Bailey II

As Group Vice President of LBG’s Global Operations business segment, Mr. Bailey has been instrumental in the successful delivery of critical programs and construction projects in high visibility, politically complex and challenging environments, including a USAID program in South Sudan and the U.S. Air Force Contract Augmentation Program with task orders worldwide, including in Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Bailey has more than 30 years of infrastructure development, implementation and sustainment experience, ranging from international donor programs, to U.S. government projects overseas, to state and local roads in the United States. In 25 years with the Virginia Department of Transportation, Mr. Bailey rose to its highest career level position, Deputy Commissioner, where he was responsible for highway design, construction, maintenance and operations for the third largest state transportation system in the United States. Mr. Bailey received a bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a master's of business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
