Charles Bell

As group vice president, Mr. Bell is responsible for The Louis Berger Group’s economic development practice. He has worldwide experience with USAID, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation and international trade organizations. Mr. Bell has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic planning and program management. He is a trade promotion and private sector development specialist with expertise in research and evaluation, financial and economic analysis, market surveys, institutional development, information systems, and strategic planning. Mr. Bell holds an MBA in International Business/Finance from Columbia University.
