Completed nine months ahead of schedule, the award-winning North Tarrant Expressway (NTE) Segment 2W project was the first public-private-partnership project to reach completion in northern Texas, U.S. The NTE Segment 1 & 2W project was recognized as the 2015 ENR Best of the Best Highway/Bridge Project.
