Phase II of the World Trade Center redevelopment continues with the expansion of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. The facility replaces the original Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) rail system and provides a safe connection to Dey Street and New York City train stations.

Louis Berger helped restore two 19th century bridges in Massachusetts, while simultaneously protecting the Shawsheen River from erosion and creating a natural habitat.

Israel Railways and the Israeli transport and finance ministries are considering the construction of a 26 kilometer rail tunnel beneath Tel Aviv, based on a recommendation formulated by Louis Berger. The proposed twin-bore tunnel would double rail capacity throughout the city and accommodate expected population growth.

Louis Berger, in partnership with BEC La Routière, will monitor and coordinate the installation of a drainage system in Douala, Cameroon. The two-year contract is valued at more than $2.9 million, and is the second awarded to Louis Berger by the Cameroonian government in the last six months.

After 18 months of intense digging, tunneling for the Doha Metro Green Line in Qatar has been concluded. A Louis Berger-Egis Rail joint venture is providing management services for the project, which, upon completion in 2026, will have 230 kilometers of rail lines and 95 stations.
