Louis Berger’s global headquarters is based in Morristown, N.J., with 38-plus offices in close to 30 states and in four Canadian provinces. Founded as a soils mechanics and foundations engineering firm in Pennsylvania, the company’s first major assignment was to design a 20-mile portion of the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the first superhighway in the United States.
