Bourne will focus on maintaining and building relationships with Louis Berger's clients as well as supporting project directors and managers in meeting project delivery requirements. Bourne also will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, driving continuous improvement and playing a major role in forming the strategy for sustainable growth in Saudi Arabia.
Bourne brings to Louis Berger a wealth of experience, having previously managed large businesses in the U.K., Latin America and the Middle East. He has lived in the Middle East region for approximately seven years and first worked in Saudi Arabia in 2006 for the Kingdom’s Ministry of Water and Electricity, where he set up operations and maintenance contracts for the National Water Company in Riyadh.
Bourne is a chartered civil engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (U.K.) as well as fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
